If you think storytelling is just about creativity, think again. On 10 May, Abe Archive Books is hosting The Politics of Storytelling in Malaysia.

An intimate, closed-room session exploring how media, power, and influence shape the narratives we believe.

Held under Chatham House Rules, the night features a private salon-style conversation, a hands-on investigative journalism workshop by Ian Yee from The Fourth Media, and a relaxed late-night mixer.

Joining the session are Ain Husniza (Pocket of Pink), Iqbal (Cilisos), Ian Yee (The Fourth Media), and host Abe Lim.

With limited seats, this session is designed for honest, thought-provoking conversations on who gets to shape the stories that define our society.
